Our mission is to “transform customers’ ‘I want to do this’ into ‘I can do this’.” And our purpose is to “leverage engineers’ sensibilities and skills to deliver results that bring pride and joy to everyone involved.” To achieve this, we value the following principles and attitudes.
The accumulation of small promises builds trust, which leads to high-quality results. We want to be trusted by both customers and colleagues.
When facing difficulties, shared values make all the difference. We value collaboration with colleagues who share our approach and attitude toward work.
We don’t simply accept customer requests at face value. We want to be an organization that seriously considers whether we can truly achieve what customers want to accomplish. We work with deep insight and meticulous attention to produce results that exceed customer expectations.
Both technology and thinking should be “better today than yesterday.” We have a culture of constantly reviewing, improving, and continuing to learn. There is no end to growth.
Not just having technical skills, but being able to identify issues, make proposals, and implement improvements. We welcome colleagues with such thinking ability and initiative.
Attention to detail, consistency, logical thinking. These cannot be acquired overnight. We thoroughly value the attitude of “not cutting corners.”
User-friendly software comes from “thoughtfulness.” We balance maturity as human beings with dedication as engineers.
Innovation does not emerge from rigid organizations. We aim for a workplace where people can think freely while valuing appropriate humor.
This position focuses on software development and core value creation. The lowest-level primitive functions of software are often implemented using C++, with other languages used as needed. Activities span a wide range from device firmware, middleware, to desktop software, and sometimes involve planning. Due to developing with a small team, responsibilities include writing user manuals for deliverables and customer support in destination markets. Knowledge and practical experience in development methods and processes such as ticket-driven development, version control, configuration management, and test-driven development are also valued. Our definition of software development capability includes communication skills, logical structuring ability, proposal skills considering customer environments, and self-management ability.
This position involves sales activities supporting the Software Engineering Team members. You will conduct sales activities so that software developers can focus their time resources on development as much as possible. Sales activities are diverse, including understanding the value of developed software, visiting customers to explain, creating presentation materials, and producing product videos. In addition to the ability to verbalize understood content, the ability to adapt to technologies necessary for sales activities is required. Our definition of sales includes not only product feature explanations but also solution proposals aimed at solving customer challenges and continuous activities emphasizing long-term trust relationship building.
We continue to deliver solutions that exceed our customers’ expectations through “Technical Skills x Human Skills x Team Power.” At the foundation of this is trust with colleagues we want to work with. Why not test your potential in this environment? We look forward to applications from those who share our values.
